Author Guide – JFSTI

1. About the Journal

The Journal of Food Science and Technology Innovations (JFSTI) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal focused on advancing food science research and innovations.

2. Authorship Guidelines

Authors must meet the criteria for authorship and assume responsibility for their work. Contributors who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged.

3. Manuscript Types Accepted

Original Research Articles: max 6,000 words
Review Articles: max 8,000 words
Short Communications: max 2,500 words

4. Formatting Instructions

Use the official Manuscript Template (DOCX).
Manuscripts should be submitted in English.
Structure: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References.

5. Ethical Considerations

All submissions must comply with ethical standards (involving humans or animals).
Authors must declare any conflict of interest.
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

6. Open Access Policy

JFSTI is open access under Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).
